Try our quick and easy recipe for delicious gluten-free wraps. Perfect for a sweet treat or for a healthy savoury meal.


  • 1 ¾ cup milk
  • 2 cups Lapita manoic flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar*
  • Butter or virgin coconut oil


Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl, add eggs and lastly milk. Whisk all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

Heat a heavy medium size pan over medium heat, brushing lightly with melted butter or virgin coconut oil.

Working in batchs, pour batter by ¼ cupfuls onto pan and cook until the bottom browns. Flip over and brown the other side. Enjoy with your favourite topping.

*For savoury wraps, omit the sugar and enjoy with your favourite meat and vegetable filling for a healthy gluten-free meal.
