Ingredients

  • ½ cup Manoic Flour Butter 
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup Dry White Wine
  • ⅔ cup Beer
  • pinch of Salt
  • 3 Egg Whites

Method

Sift flour & salt into small bowl.

Add oil, white wine & beer gradually, beating well until batter is smooth.

For correct consistency, add 3 beaten egg whites and mix well.

Now your mixture is ready to use.
